IF you look at the discography on Spotify or your personal stash, you'll notice on the album before this album they have a song called Venus In Furs. Yes its a reference to a movie. BUT, if you listen to KoRn's helmet in the brush, both songs are talking about the same thing for the most part. So after the Black Masses album they have this song, Funeral of Your Mind, because you didn't listen, now its your funeral every day. |

This is a song about being alone walking at night, and then a corrupt cop tries to baker act you just for the simple fact that this person had no place to sleep. He was homeless and was targeted by cops. A faded colour is someone like a cop or a military person etc who is now corrupt. The song is basically what this person is yelling at the cops as they take him to the psych ward because they have no evidence to send him to jail. |
