okay i love this song & i always thought it was about courtney herself. like she's saying that most people think of her as a narcissistic & toxic person, but the chorus is like "i'm not going to apologize for putting myself first when nobody else is on my side fuck u" lol |

"if you ever need anything please don\'t hesitate to ask someone else first" hit me the first time i read it because i interpreted it as being about fake people i guess. like people who will say they\'re there for you but when you actually try to open up to them they don\'t care/don\'t help you. i guess i interpreted it as being about how people would much rather SAY they care than actually do anything :\\ i don\'t know what i think the rest of the lines mean but i love this song! |
