In my opinion overall, it\'s a cynical look at the world, society maybe but the write\'s resentment has to come from somewhere. An overthinking, creative mind could easily write this song when it doesn\'t go your way and you\'re bitter and resentful. You\'re trying to keep up appearences but actually nobody cares, but you do. It\'s a codependent anthem if I ever heard one in my opinion and I\'m singing along all the way. |
