Poor sheltered people. "Slam" is another word for Shooting up drugs. There's no deeper meaning behind any of the lyrics. The song is about doing hard IV drugs (likely Speed / Meth) in the back of his coffin dragster. Get it? A hot rod Coffin? It's a really fast way to travel to his grave, much like shooting up Meth. An even faster way to die, is shooting up while in the coffin car. It's not difficult. |
