I'm not sure, but here's what I hear at the start of Ye's verse: Well, between a mix of bad schools with the fast-food 'Bad' hat, 2's, and a bad mood..." With this interpretation, Ye references a fit during his days in school: Michael Jackson cap, a pair of Air Jordan 2s, and his bad attitude. Later on, he brings up Don C, who collaborated with Jordan Brand to design a version of the Jordan 2. Just my two cents...I'm emphasis for mishearing verses. |
