Great writers want the audience to make it there own, find the meaning that moves them, the listener. This song is ultimately about Love - deep, fierce, unrelenting, forever Love. As a tribute to Fripp’s music, or as a tribute to a person, to anything. If one is willing to die, to swim with sharks, to live in a house about to blow or live with the Devil about, but as long as it’s with someone or something they love, that is Love as deep as it gets.
