People here are talking about Britney spears. I definitely don't think its about her as she's got a husband and kids at the time. This is inspired by his best friend Trace's ex elisha Cuthbert who cheated on trace with her friend at her house (the music video shows it). "Don't wanna talk about it, don't wanna think about it, iam just so sick about it" is actually sentences from the conversation justin had with his friend after he broke up with elisha. He also confirmed this in an interview i guess. Just because he had a famous and publicized relationship and breakup with britney doesn't mean he's gonna carry it around on his songs guys, get a brain. |

@[amylou22:37076] justin wrote half of this song in 2008 or 2009 when he was with jessica. He released this after his grandfather's death in 2012 or 2013. He released the music video as a homage to his grandparents' 60 years old Relationship. There is nothing about his grandfather cheating on his grandmother in this video. The song is for jessica, hoping that they would also have a long and loving relationship like his grandparents while the music video pays homage to them. |

This song is so beautiful. But i don't think artists, even justin always write songs about their personal life. He said he draws inspiration mostly from the people around him than himself. This might be about cameron as she and him had a breakup (very little one) once. People are saying its about BS but i 100% don't think so, she was married and had a kid, also justin and her were only together for 2 or 3 years while being teens. So if its personal, it might be about cameron. |
