@[pinklimonade:36762] Thanks for your thoughts. It made me think further about the lyrics. Consider that the song is from the standpoint of someone that is always waiting for the procrastinator. "We are the second" ... we are here and ready to go, and we are waiting for you... you put us second. "You are the fortunate" is saying that the procrastinator is always getting away with this in that there aren't any negative repurcussions. Moerover, procrastinators can be self centered because they act as if their time is more important than other people around them. |
