| First of all, I really loved to read all your interpretations, they're all so good!! . To me, this song it's about an inside dialog of someone to itself. It's about someone who has decided to change and go alone, based on terrible experiences in life. She kind of feels that her decision might be wrong but is also afraid of being exposed, so she closed herself and go by with this new self that she actually doesn't like, feeling that she doesn't recognize herself anymore. She knows there is another way to go through life, more painful but better way at the end , but she doesn't want to accept it and refuses to see the truth and open her eyes. At the end, she doesn't want to open herself to something that could change her life and set her free. | |
