This song to me personally is about wanting to have a one on one connection with someone very special... It's about leaving the noise of the world and people who constantly spend their lives striving to be the richest, the best, most popular and simply not caring about such mundane things, but the feeling behind being in complete solitude. Easing your mind and body. Silencing the chatter. Its a place where money doesn't matter but who a person is inside, without cloaks and facades. Its wanting peace and quiet but wanting some body to join that journey.. "Will you go there with me..?" Its expressing to a lover that you just want to be in their presence, that its okay to be alone... We don't need money, we don't need others approval. I don't need diamonds and pearls, but being alone with you is such a comfortable feeling... |
