My Interpretation is that its about being in a relationship with someone that you aren't in love with. When she says you're in my heart, in my heart, in my head i take that as shes saying exactly what she means, the person is in her heart, in her head, not really in her heart though. I take it as she is questioning if her love is real or not like shes asking herself pretty much if i love you then how can i emotionally/physically enjoy another man in that way. Maybe she feels guilt/shame and is trying to sort out whats real and whats in her head. The screaming at the end seems like some kind of release. could be anger maybe? anger at herself for not realizing sooner or maybe anger at the person she thought she loved, maybe both? Idk thats just what I get from it. BTW the part when she says I feel the air retreat, I know you're here with me, I take that as either the person she desires is there like "taking her breath way" OR maybe its the person she no longer loves and she almost feels smothered, like his presence is almost like taking her air supply away. Hmmm i just had a thought of maybe she is angry with her "partner" and she is almost hatefully having affairs to numb herself from the pain her relationship is causing her but feels some kind of disgust with her actions?
