| not to be the "ANGRY BLACK MAN", but in the song adam is a metaphor for the "WHITE MAN", and Eve is "MOTHER AFRICA", and how african americans have been decieved and have forgotten that they are infact the kings of the earth, that they are more closely related to God than anyone else. I'm not saying that i agree with all this, but if you look deeper into the song "..making pilgramiges, pretending he's religious...", "he takes the unsuspected..cause he knows their not connected..." These lines refer to superiority that whites felt they had over blacks and how blacks became subordinate over time..... | |
