As we all know music is open to the listeners interpretation. This song in particular is one of my favorites from the deftones and from what I gather it's a about chi Cheng's wife and how she remained by his side until the very end. I feel as if chino and the band saw that as true love and dedication which made them revisit their own personal relationships to make them stronger. So the next time you all listen to this song and you have a significant other just hold them close like it's the last time you will see them. |
