| Has it not occured to anyone how a mule is used to get shit done? They're bred specifically to work. To plow, to carry tourists down the grand canyon, etc. Mules are pretty indispensable. They're cheap. This song is clearly a societal indication of what we as humans are to the people at the top. "Be the mule that you gotta be" is a clear line to "do what the man says to keep your way of life" | |
