I think a lot of you don't understand this song, phil is a guy who is proud of his race clearly. In the states There's a problem with race Because of ignorant past burned fires From evolution We've been killing each other I figure man should have it down to a science This part is that for past actions we all fight but it doesn't have to be that way Race, pride, prejudice Black man, white man No stand Live in the past We make it last A hated mass No solution Mind pollution For revolution "the part of race pride" is not saying people who have pride in their race are prejudicious, is that being proud of your race is SEEN as prejudicious. You blame oppression and play the role of criminals To rape and burn show progress is minimal White hoods and militants you know it's such a pity Living, breathing Violence in your city This is critic of minorities like blacks and hispanics(i'm Argentinian by the way) who commit crimes steal murder and rape in far more proportion than whites because they somehow "play the role" of being anti police and as a culture they had embraced it and think it's okay. If one man Had one home In one world Held live alone without variety Full of anxiety No one to point at, question This line basically mean cause if we were to chose we would all live in a neighborhood or place without variety, meaning diversity, if you are black you are gonna feel more ocmfortable with blacks and that if you are white you are gonna feel better with whites.See all this white people advocating for diversity? they all live in private white hoods. This is not that much of an anti racist song , is about feeling pride in your people, it's obvious |
