@[Javixu:33345] Stargazer by MLB was written about Andy's then girlfriend, Xana. When Chris Cornell references "stargazer" in Say Hello to Heaven, he's talking about her. Chris and Xana were friends as well, but they had a falling out after Andy's death. "He came from an island" is reference to Bainbridge, WA, an island town just across from Seattle, WA. where Andrew Wood grew up with his family. "He died from the street" is in reference to his heroin overdose. Andy and Chris were best friends, and I don't think that Chris ever truly got over his death. |
