Brandon, like myself, was brought up in the church, with a curious heart to see the world- there are struggles in religion to stay in the straight line- this song and be still are in the same realm of passing wisdom to your children as well as to anyone going through struggles in life. |

You have to have a religious background to understand Brandon Flowers- I can relate to Brandon alot- we are raised in a religious home and although we believe we still want to try things out for ourselves which can blind us and set us of course. In this album it seems that he is passing down wisdom to his children at the same time passing down wisdom to those who might need it. But hey, what ever it means to you i guess. Brandon Chose God and his Family over his fame. |
