Personally, the song is about having a sexual relationship with someone you care about but who doesn't care about you. The far east meaning totally makes sense but I think you can see it my way. Especially when she says "only a fool's here to stay." |

I think this song is about falling in love or getting involved with someone because you want to change them. I mean, the title is "Sleeping Beauty" which is a fairy tale. I think that takes on a double meaning of what the fairy tale is actually about and the belief that one can change someone just by loving them is a fairy tale. I think it's just about that. I know so many people who get into relationships just to try to change the person their with and it never works. |
