I agree this is about procrastination, but for me personally it touches on my tendency to dwell and obssess over the outcome of even small things. I stress myself out to the point that even mundane things can be blown out of proportion to the point that I am miserable and full of fear. More often than not, after completing the task at hand, it all works out and everything is fine. I suppose it's a form of anxiety but to me the tone of the song isn't about some huge undertaking in reality, but the huge undertaking that we can make out of otherwise mundane things. |
