I’ve blamed things on “an old friend” too. I hope brad isn’t actually talking about himself, pretending it’s about a friend. Lying about my addiction to those who are close to me made it much worse. When I would lie about it, to justify it, it made me feel safe and relaxed, so I went and got high cause I thought it was ok. I’m not saying that’s what he’s doing, I hope the best for him and his friend. I’ve done that so it’s what I first thought of. Cocaine, alcohol, and gambling. Those things own me and dictates life now. The more I use to try to feel happy, the worse I feel about my self and the more unhappy I feel |
