This is defilnty my favourite song from this band. I believe it describes a couple (a skinny boy and bigger girl) The boy is too scared to fall into a real relationship with the girl on the fear of being judged "I'm tied up in knots". He says "I like the biggins only cause they make me look real thin" hinting that he loves the girl even though she is bigger but still can't over come the fact that he will be judged |

Wow all the comments on this song are really old. Well if anyone sees this I wanna voice my oppion on the song. I look at this as a reminder of a past relationship I had. This guy was in love modest mouse(he was the one who got me into this band). But his backstory was really sad. He lived alone with his disabled father and he was in foster care for quite some time. We went through a lot of the same experiences. We are still freinds now but this song reminds so much of that point in my life. |

When i first heard this song I connected it too the situation I was in at the time. I was in love with a boy who made it seem like he cared but he didnt. This boy took advantage of me and this song makes think its about careless girl who didnt realise that she was going to get heartbroken in the lyrics "all that time wasted" and "I wish I was a little more delicate" |
