A song I really like, not meaning that Im passing through something similar to what I understand here. For me is really clear that things are over between the two of them (Take my photo off the wall If it just won't sing for you 'Cause all that's left has gone away And there's nothing there for you to do) She was so dependent on him but he won't stand it anymore (Give me back my point of view 'Cause I just can't think for you I can hardly hear you say What should I do? Well, you choose) I'd been there and I could say that the hardest step to take is to decide when to stop giving second chances. I mean, we are talking about someone you really love(d) here. For me, this song is about that exact moment when you realize that the person you love(d) is not there anymore and won't come back. It seems like was cheated or fooled more than once but he finally decided to put a big red STOP sign in front of her. (Oh, look what you've done You've made a fool of everyone Oh, well, it seems like such fun Until you lose what you had won)..so it worked out for her until he realized what happen and the fun is over for her. Is sad, is hard, it hurts, but it happens and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been there. If you are passing through something similar, cheer up, the sun comes up for all of us :D. In my case, this was almost 15 years ago the first time and 5 years ago the second time, I'm happily married now and of course I thank my past for making me who I am now. |
