| This song and the companion film are about the innocence and optimism of early adulthood. In fact, it celebrates that mentality. Before we get jaded and cynical. In zen, their is a concept called "beginners mind". It is a recaptured state of almost childlike wonder achieved after peeling back the layers of the onion of life conditioning which adds to suffering in this world.
