The song is about a father's love for his daughter that is getting married (pretty simple). For me, I think of it in terms of my daughter. Only instead of getting married, she died and went to heaven. In the quiet of the morning of July 5, I watched as she took her last few breaths and went to join our Heavenly Father. I knew that once she saw heaven, there was no way that she would come back to me. |
