It said there were three comments on this song-maybe I missed something and was supposed to go 'someplace' to find them. Anyway, I was hoping to read them, and maybe play a bit of what they had to say. It seems that the theme from their second album release in '69 (Children's, Children's, Children) was about the moon landing and such during, as the actual landing took place while recording that album. To me, SOME of the lyrics of this lyrically loaded what? -one minute composition impress me as being along those lines. |

@[fedder:30961] I'm a 64 yr old native Las Vegan, who has seen Yes live here a few times. The first time they were a preliminary band, and I'm thinking that they had been here before that appearance, which leads me to believe like you, that being in Las Vegas before this song was released, Anderson (Yes) stayed at Caesars Palace, and he had a groupie spend the night-the reference to 'silly human race' besides the 'race' part needing to rhyme with the 'ace' part of the word Palace, is a reference to the experience being 'silly', and something that happens. |
