@[rowzeeg420:30820] I think it's a typo, I've always interpreted as "slasher", so it's a Spartan warrior swordsman, which is explained by "defensive man of steel". As a metaphor it obviously means he's emotionally unstable, guarded, defensive, but might lash out. But I've also thought that the song might be about a serial killer stalking a victim. Echoed by "Play in the Rain" which seems to be simila in theme to me. But both songs could clearly just be metaphors for obsession. |
