| This song makes me think about two parents who are addicts. When they're high, they act loving toward one another. When they're not, they fight and hate one another. Neither family approves of either lover, and knows that they're both getting high on some soul eating shit together. The addiction is getting to a breaking point, one way or another. The families want to see the couple fall apart because they feel like they'd be better off without one another. One could get clean without the other. | |
