| Bad Religion – In Their Hearts Is Right Lyrics

Look at the album cover. A hand pointing a finger at a person. we don't know why, but it is. Everybody thinks they are doing the right thing. Lets point a finger and put down one person, because it benefits society that this one person is pushed down.
It is pathetic. Pushing people down to the point at which they kill themselves. Intentions.(Intentions are valuable as deeds And a wound can dog you for a lifetime Unless it only makes you bleed)
We punish people for no reason. we try to make them understand the way society wants them to be, until they submit or die.
(As if all the shame and punishment will finally make me understand).
Those people we put down then wait for their end, because they feel worthless.
(I'm just a termite on an ant hill I think about it every single day A senseless being lacking inspiration Just waiting to be blown away). |

@[Marskelletor:30639] 100% agree with that. as a 16 year old, I can say that I have never seen the cartoon, but i defiantly recognize the rich are stealing from the poor. Just look at Wages, the top 1% of people own 38% of the wealth in the U.S. https://www.statista.com/statistics/203961/wealth-distribution-for-the-us/

The candidate is our 'leader' who we chose to solve all our problems. regardless of what is truly happening. Border walls, xenophobia, believing that life will magically come to a consensus. Strong Meanings, as Always. |

| Bad Religion – My Sanity Lyrics

As always, deep in meaning. This song is about the pain in the world today, and there is still no resolution in sight (I've got it real bad There's no remedy). In these times, we look for a optimistic reason that we cannot find, however still come to some insane conclusion (When the world has gone mad And there's nowhere to roam), This is supported by (Sometimes there's no sane reason For optimism) and (But alternative facts Snuck in like a thief) as well. In a modern world with ever increasing troubles, our reasons can be our only motivation. |
