@[Yosemiteguy:30483] the “shepherds crook as a walking stick”, this is what many pilgrims hiking the El Camino de Santiago trail use. This hike is considered a soul cleansing, spiritually transformative journey for all who take it. I can’t know for sure what Amos Lee was speaking of, but it certainly does have some incredible likeness in the references. “I’m heading out to that OTHER coast” could be a reference to the hike’s ending on the west coast of Spain. I think it’s more likely just a coincidence, but it’s a REALLY amazing one. |
