My daughter is frequently suicidal. Multiple near misses. She's my baby and I don't want her deleted. I see myself walking outside trying to figure out why she wants to die and hoping so much she gives herself the time to find a reason to live and to love herself and accept the love of others. The song seems like a prayer to God, though sometimes I ask myself how selfish I am to ask that she stay with me. She hurts so much but I ask God to help her stay.
