Such a dark song, just a desire for anything to end whatever it is that their currently experiencing. A sort of half-hearted plea to the inanimate objects closest to the broken person, the slightly jaunty tune being the same attempt at finding some will to help himself end it. Definitely about suicide. |

While there are depressive and suicidal notes in this song, most of it seems to be about being burnt out. This isn't about ending things, this about one end of all the frantic, chaotic energy that consumed the singer once. The point of the song is survival; they made it through the tour, they are still alive despite having at many times wished to end things, after all the madness they need time alone to decompose themselves and ruminate on all that had passed. The time will pass, the pain will ease, life can begin again. |
