i think its about he is trying to tell people in the song, that he having enough and are addicted to alcohol to be able to furfill his fans will to keep turne's and make music, and that he is about to end it all with the alcohol (his only friend) by "pouring blood" out of him with a sharp edge of the broken empty bottle of wine and that the bottle of wine is his "poison in his wine" and he want to end his life bechause of he is tired of all the tourne'ing and is therefore depressed. its so sad. |

"again and again" taking drugs again and again then she try to stop, so she tells the drug that "we should not be friends". and "if you stay around" she will use the drugs more than if they not was around (if they was friends). |
