I see so many people trying to decipher the artists meaning in a song and it is nice to know that, to possibly get to know an artist better, but for me, the amazing lyric, or the chord, or the riff, that makes us feel something is the true magic of music. your interpretation may be totally different than writers, but I bet the intensity of feelings are equal.
