I've had this song on *repeat* in my head for about a week now. "Thought we were devoid / A change or two / Around this place" brought tears to my eyes whenever I heard it... It took us 5 long & difficult years of IVF to finally give birth to our lovely little daughter. "Thought we due for / a change or two" works almost as well :) Thinking about this (or any) song only adds to the richness & depth of it's experience. I love reading the theories and thoughts in this thread. midlakeinterpreter, you Waffle Theory tops my list. |
