This song probably has nothing to do with John, nor the resolution to BNW, but I can see where you're coming from. This song is really just about how thin the line good and bad, and love and hate can be. |

@[Bwooding:28537] Powerslave pertains to the nonexistent power held by a pharaoh. The story pertaining to the Book of Souls is about the Mayan civilization. Hence the "alien invasion." The aliens were the Spanish coming to conquer their land and society. Two completely different civilizations. |

The Mayan civilization is used as a metaphorical analyzation of other societies. The Book of Souls just means the history of the souls in all societies. All societies have an end, and every fallacy pertained by each led them to a heavy demise. |
