the song is for sure about a relationship that is falling apart and the man leads to cheating "now this one sits here, whispers things to me." means some lady is talking to him and seducing him " my conscious burning' means he knows its wrong but it's his "beastly flaw" and 'the necktie on my bedroom door" was a sign used to tell people not to come. finally "sleeping next to someone new" pretty self explanatory really |
