| The song in a quite intelligible way presents the differences between the two most popular economical theories of present times. It puts Friedrich Hayek's and John Keynes's outlook on the economy in contrast and points out the differences between the two. The music video is a great representation of what Hayek thinks about Keynes's approach to the economy- after a night of partying (the boom) Keynes is hungover (the bust), which is a critique of borrowing too much money and later dealing with the consequences of that strategy. | |
