The last look at Eden obviously is a Biblical reference..from the Old Testament when God created the Garden of Eden..then Adam and Eve were exiled from Eden because they sinned...etc The song is about having faith, and the lyrics describe a revival of faith in God, to follow Christ in the last days, to have faith and not just take a last look at Eden and lose everything that heaven has for everyone who believes. It's very subtle in a way because the song doesnt want to focus on a religious aspect but on spirituality..on faith..and because God has no religion. The "truth modified " makes references to how the world is mislead in different ways. He's "calling out " because he feels it's the right time for the world to start believing in Christ in our salvation...because Christ paid for world's sins including the original sin that started in the Garden Of Eden with Adam and Eve. |
