ive seen so many comments about being bipolar, but perhaps this is just a song about being an adolescent girl with a lot of feelings."your mother's still calling you insane and high" reminds me of being a dark, slightly unstable adolescent teen. Truthfully, this is a song about the struggle between being a happy person by nature, but having those dark thoughts come along, and owning them and knowing it. a beautiful song honestly, so relatable for a dark, adolescent teen going through the motions. |

This song is about a boy who is infatuated with a girl who he thinks is the perfect woman. He admires her so much he sees her as an angel. He says "tell our dad im sorry" as if this woman is an angel who has a strong relationship with god. He knows he is imperfect and wants her to "tell" god he is sorry for his sins. It's a very beautiful depiction of love and admiration. |
