My first thought before reading everyone else's comments (where a lot say it's about society etc.) is that this is a dig at the music industry and rockstar lifestyle. All that first-class jetset brings me down (Jetting around the world on tour). All that first-class drug shit brings me down (Drugs, part of the rockstar lifestyle). Hes got a house, car, wife, kids, and a lot of money in the bank. And finally. He feels like a slave to it all. But he chose to live this life. |
