The song is obviously about grief. Maybe it's over a dead relationship, but maybe it's over a dead person, I'm not sure. It's more dear if our singer has lost someone they loved and are caught up in grief, unable to move forward and impossible to move back. I like to think she's sitting in the dark, grieving, and a song comes on that makes her cry. Most who grieve a death have been there. Either way, it's a lovely song. |
