"The teenage queen, the loaded gun Drop dead dream, the Chosen One. A southern drawl, the world unseen A city wall and a trampoline" That is a possible interpretation of the lyrics, and it fits well with the idea of the "teenage queen" as a loaded gun, dangerous because of her inflated sense of self and potential to cause heartbreak. The "drop dead dream" could refer to the idea that the narrator's dream is now dead because of this unrequited love, but "the world unseen" could suggest that there is still more to life and that the narrator can move on and find happiness elsewhere. The "southern drawl" could be referring to the accent of the girl, adding a sense of specificity to the person being described. And "city wall and a trampoline" could be interpreted as the narrator's ability to break free from the constraints of the city, and his own feelings of entrapment and move on, figuratively jumping over the wall and bouncing back from the disappointment of unrequited love. Overall, this interpretation paints a picture of a narrator who is warning about the potential dangers of getting too close to someone who is highly valued by society, and also showing the resilience and the ability to move on from disappointment. |

What would you do when you lose someone you love? It's really fucked up, depending on how much you love. After a while you just realize that the only one being hurt with all the hate and anger is yourself. Hence, the only option to stop the mess inside one's head is to forgive and grow independence. |

This song has nothing to do with being shy. Being shy is just and excuse. This song is about Dana O'Hara. Come on guys, he just sees a girl that has an appearance kind of similar of Dana O'Hara. Then he keeps going to this coffee shop to remember Dana. He never spoke to this girl in real life. This is clear to me: "I see, can't have you, can't leave you there 'cos I must sometimes see you But I don't understand how you can keep me in chains And every waken hour, I feel your taking power From me and I can't leave Repeating the scener over again " How can a girl that he never talked with keeping him in chains? He was NEVER rejected by her. The one that is keeping him in Chains is clearly Dana O'Hara. His past GIRLFRIEND that he had a relationship for a long time. Which scene do you think that is repeating over and over again? He drinking coffeee? NO! He is remembering Dana, over and over and over and over again, through all his miserable life. Did you ever hear Letter to Dana? This guy sent letters even when they were old. Dana died and he still wrote a letter. |

This story is about a guy who spent his whole life loving a girl. No matter how many years have passed and how many relationships he went through. Every chance he has enough context(deaths), he sends a message to her. Even though, you can see that nothing ever changes. |
