I think this song is about the vessel who is the so called “Bringer Of War” who wants to overthrow humans and it is getting other vessels to revolt and rise up against the humans. It is saying he knows the key to salvation and to “set it right from the start” and in doing this they are going to Make It Hurt in the process. |
