Stone Temple Pilots – Wicked Garden Lyrics 7 years ago
I doubt this has anything to do with sex or sexuality. He opens the song with a reference to childlike innocence.

This is about a person that has buried themselves in the morality and bindings of their wicked garden, probably a referral to Eden and the concept of original sin and the burdens of self denial.

There are other religious indicators as well, from having eyes to see, burning, ect.

The only line that confususes me is drinking from the naked fountain. I've yet to figure this one out.

Basically he's telling the person that that misinterpret his intent, that all he really wants is to wake them up and get them to see morality and religion and self created chains as an impediment to a truly free life.

It does burn, to toss aside your beliefs. Well worth it.
