It's about the simplicity, innocence and serenity of being a child and he wants to be a part of it. Using the child's interest on what's right in front of him with no other problems. Saying hello is I wanting to live in the moment enjoying what is right in front of you at the time just like children, and saying give me some of that simplicity.
