@[paigesmith:26241] Wrong. I h ate the catholic religion as much as the next person but they are not unique in this double standard. The HOLY BIBLE however (which Catholic's claim to believe) condemns BOTH whores and whoermongers to eternity in hell. Fornication is not acceptable for EITHER women OR men. You don't get to cop out by saying woes me men can do it I should be able to as well. At some point you have to stop blaming others for your sexual misdeeds and repent of them. |

The top commenters are very close but some points missed. The Catholic religion specifically is different from other world religions in that they claim to be Christian but they are not. They are what Jesus calls "Pharisees" and "The Synogogue of Satan" they are hypocrites and liars, some fully well knowing, others kept in the dark. Many men such as Martin Luther wrote tons of information proving this as they exited this wicked religion. The Bible is very OPEN about sex both the proper and good way to have sex (only with your husband or wife male and female) AND the dangers of having sex. The Bible explains these things to children at a very young age so that they are prepared to marry by the time they are 12 - 16 should they so choose. The Catholic church suppresses this knowledge and so her people perish for lack of knowledge. Alanis is just mourning over her lack of knowledge and her regrets for doing it wrong because of that she was taught in this evil religion. That said, she is still responsible for her sins and must seek out the TRUTH in the Bible. |
