| As someone who has suffered in later life from childhood neglect I can tell you this song is simple and straight to the point. It describes childhood neglect exactly. It doesn't matter why the neglect happened but in this case it was seemingly an unplanned pregnancy and a single mother with little time to provide love. In my case I just got in thecwsy of a career. | |
