At first I thought that it might be about a guy cheating on his girlfriend but then I realized that skillet is more of a Christian band than a love band so I started thinking. Then I came to the conclusion that it's about God, and I think that we all should be so thankful to have such a great God. | |

I think the part "All the chances that have past me by, would it matter if I gave it one more try?" can be interprented in two ways: 1. the person is very depressed, and wants to commit suicide. "would it matter if I attemped one more time?" 2. the person is depressed, and is desperatly trying to get better. The person wonders if it would matter to try to get better one more time, or if he/she would fail. |
