Devil’s advocate... but does “Charlie’s army” refer to cocaine? The allusions to day drinking and feeling fearless kind of allude to cocaine consumption, and how her ex “boyfriend” wants you dead. Not saying I believe it necessarily, but it’s an interesting twist. |
