I believe this song is about having those feelings towards the love of your life, a feeling that cannot even be described. When you meet them you just know they are the one and they feel the same towards you. "Something like happiness" is the closest simile to it and it is literally unlike anything else you have experienced. Let this person know you love them and everyone else you feel love towards before that opportunity is snatched away at you by the cruelties of life. And if you do not get this feeling towards that someone then "let it be over" and both find something like happiness through other people. |
